Paralegal/ NQ – Junior Lawyer
This is a varied and interesting role for someone with previous and proven Wills & Probate fee earning experience. Applications are invited from: –
- hands-on legal secretaries looking to make the move in to more of a fee earning role,
- paralegals working in a similar position looking for a firm known for progressing their staff
- or from NQ and Junior lawyers who also have private client experience and a desire to remain in this area.
The successful candidate will join an impressive team of knowledgeable lawyers who specialise in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates as well as the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and general advice for a variety of clients.
This role will cover preparing and drafting legal documents, will drafting, document production, assisting on probate administration, dealing with client enquiries, checking legal documents and general support to a busy fee earner. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with clients and excellent personal service is key to this firms fantastic reputation in the region.
