An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join this impressive firm and highly ranked team. Applications are invited from those across the UK looking to work for a London firm with the flexibility of hybrid working. The success of remote working is also down to an organised and efficient administrative team on site who are always on hand to assist you with correspondence and document production.
Applicants must have proven experience in handling their own corporate transactions and be confident in advising on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, privatisation, joint ventures, public offerings, and IPO’s and business restructuring.
The firm has an impressive global client base and lawyers at this firm work for a variety of sectors including Government, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Retail, Sport, Technology and Real Estate clients.
