The team at Rampling Clarke is working on a fantastic opportunity that will suit a qualified and mid-level/senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive. Key Requirements: –

Extensive knowledge of Family Law including Finances, Cohabitation, Children Matters and Domestic Violence

An expert in the Family Procedure Rules

Previous experience in supervising and mentoring other fee-earners.

Excellent drafting skills

A positive and proactive attitude.

Duties will include: –

Keeping up to date with relevant family law training and feeding back/sharing with the department

Implementing internal training sessions, arranging for speakers, and delivering sessions personally

Updating the departments precedent bank accordingly

Conducting file reviews with fee earners across the firm’s family department

Mentor for fee earners in the team

Many other varied duties to support the large and impressive team moving forwards
