Applications are invited from Private Client specialists of all levels, with proven experience of running and managing their own caseload, up to Partner and Head of Department level as this firm looks to continue growing this highly regarded department.
The successful candidate will take on a caseload of wills, trust deeds, and deeds of variation as well as advising the client on inheritance tax matters. Excellent customer and client care is key to this firm and has led to their great reviews, reputation, and work referrals.
The firm is known for encouraging their staff to develop professionally and their history of promoting staff from within has led to their current situation – a long-standing and close working team who are now looking to grow even further.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team made up of Head of Department, Branch Heads, Associates, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Paralegal and Secretarial/PAs that work across UK offices. Some experience of mentoring and supporting more junior team members and working with Trainees, or the desire to do so, is essential for this role.
Applicants with STEP qualifications, working towards these are highly desirable and the firm is known for encouraging professional and personal development.
Mid-level+ lawyers are most suited to this role, however, applications are open from all who have worked on wills, probate, and IHT matters.
