An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the busy property team at this well-established and highly regarded regional practice. An attractive salary and benefits package and onsite parking are on offer with this role.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a mid-level lawyer, although applications are invited from those with more or less experienced, with proven previous experience of running your own commercial caseload without supervision.
The successful candidate will join a close working team on a varied caseload of leases, acquisitions and disposals of land, refinancing, loan arrangements, and leasebacks, as well advising on asset sales and purchases.
The firm is succession planning and a clear route to leading this team in the future exists with this role.
