An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to head up a rapidly growing department.   This candidate would need to help maintain and nurture the existing team, as well as be part of the strategy in moving the department forward.

About the Role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving sales and purchases of commercial property for existing clients, concurrently establishing new client relationships in the local market.
  • Exhibit the ability to lead and cultivate a successful commercial department.
  • Handle matters related to Commercial Leases (representing both Landlord and Tenant), Surrendering and Assigning Leases (acting for both Landlord and Tenant), Commercial Property Sales and Purchases, SIPP purchases with leasebacks, Option Agreements (representing both Owner and Developer), and Residential Lease Extensions & Collective Enfranchisement.
