This firm is looking to add an experienced Corporate lawyer to their already impressive and growing team. Ideal candidates will be Junior level plus and those with more experience can also be considered for this thriving firm.
Applications are welcomed from those with proven experience in assisting and supporting corporate transactions as well as handling some of their own caseloads. The role will involve working on corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. The team act for private equity funds, fund managers, and investee companies and their management teams as well as company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
