An experienced legal secretary is sought to join this thriving private client team, where a variety of work awaits.
The successful candidate will support two fee earners in the department with administrative and typing support and will also enjoy plenty of client interaction. Providing exceptional service is at the heart of this firm’s reputation.

The firm is known for looking after its staff and many have been with the firm for a long period of time. Ideally, this role will be full time, but a reduction in full-time hours can be considered with this accommodating firm.
Daily duties will include: –
- Opening/closing/storing and retrieving files
- Obtaining and checking proof of ID
- Audio typing/copy typing of correspondence and documents
- Emailing, scanning, copying and filing
- Drafting and completing legal forms/docs for approval
- Ensuring all client details are kept up to date
- Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone
- Liaising with other Solicitor, HMRC and other professional bodies
- Diary management
- Excellent telephone manner is essential for this role
