This firm is renowned for developing and retaining their staff and have excellent reviews from staff and clients alike.    The successful candidate will join a firm who boast national and international investors, national retailers, local authority organisations, and healthcare and education clients and will take on a varied caseload of: – 

  • Lease preparation, sub leases, extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices
  • Landlord and tenant work 
  • Acquisitions and disposals of land and property 
  • Refinancing and loan documentation and sales and leasebacks of commercial property
  • Business asset sales and purchases 

This firm has adapted well to the pandemic and a new and successful way of working is emerging.  Office-based work or remote working on a flexible basis will continue into the long-term future with this firm and the administrative and support staff are working very efficiently in a new mix of onsite documentation assistance and remote digital dictation assistance.
