An existing caseload with room for growth awaits and includes contentious probate and trust matters, contesting the validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes and Estate Disputes.  

This highly regarded firm already has an impressive private client department who regularly work with many HNW individuals with international assets and interests.    The successful candidate will join this department as part of the litigation team handling a purely contentious caseload.
