A rare opportunity to join a firm with very little staff turnover and due to retirement. A senior Solicitor or Legal Executive is required to join this team of private client experts ranging from legal secretarial support to paralegals, junior lawyers, and associates.
This firm has an excellent reputation in this field and the department handles a range of private client matters including Wills, Probates, the winding up of estates, Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, Tax Planning, Trusts and work with Elderly Clients.
Expertise in Inheritance Tax planning is essential for this role.
