An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a strong team at this highly regarded and progressive firm. Attractive salary and benefits package on offer with this role.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a mid-level lawyer, although applications are invited from those with more or less experience, provided that you have proven previous experience of running your own commercial caseload without supervision. The successful candidate will join a close working team who are working hard to keep their team feels whilst working remotely, and will take on a caseload of leases, acquisitions, and disposals of land, refinancing, loan arrangements, and leasebacks, as well as advising on asset sales and purchases.
