Applications are invited from lawyers of all levels and this role is most likely best suited to an ambitious junior lawyer. Applicants must have proven experience of working in a corporate and commercial team whether that be in training or post qualification. Applications from more senior lawyers with mentoring and team leading experience are also invited to apply as this firm continue to grow from strength to strength.
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a small caseload and will also support more senior fee earners, working on a wide range of corporate/commercial matters including mergers, acquisition and disposals, due diligence and disclosure, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, options and re-structuring and commercial contracts.
This firm have adapted very well and have thrived throughout the pandemic, quickly moving their teams to successful remote working with the aim to continue with flexible working in the future.
