Following significant growth, this highly regarded practice is looking to add a further experienced construction litigation lawyer to its growing team and department. The successful candidate will work alongside an impressive team representing a diverse client base of public and private sectors, including professionals, contractors, developers, sub-contractors, owner occupiers, and financial institutions.
Previous experience in construction law is essential for this position and the successful candidate will assist on the resolution of disputes including both claimant and defendant clients in all aspects of contentious work and will also act and advise on dispute avoidance and provide contract drafting and advice.
This firm is well known for looking after their staff and has an excellent reputation with clients and other businesses in the local area.
Those with a natural flair for business development and representing the firm at local events are highly desirable for this role and engaging with local businesses and professionals is encouraged and supported by this firm.
Although construction law experience is essential for this role, those who run a more general litigation caseload and have an interest in specialising in construction litigation are also welcome to apply.
