This firm is highly regarded across the region, has adapted well to the recent pandemic, and is known for looking after its staff and clients alike. The firm is seeking a further construction law specialist to join the team at the firms’ head office in Essex.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of non-contentious construction matters for a broad range of commercial clients, including developers, main contractors and subcontractors. You must have proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, collateral warranties and other bespoke documentation to suit clients’ requirements.
Candidates with both non-contentious and contentious qualities are highly desirable for this position, however contentious experience is not essential for this role and those looking to take on some contentious matters in the future are encouraged to apply for this role and explore this opportunity further.
