This highly reputable firm is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to handle a contentious probate and trust caseload. Ideally, the successful candidate will already be a contentious probate expert looking to make a career move, however, applications are welcomed from those with a strong litigation background with exposure to this kind of work looking to move fully into this area.
Ideally, this role would suit someone who has proven experience of leading a team and mentoring more junior members of staff, although applications are invited from those with more or less experience.
