Wills & Probate Paralegal Vacancy, Norwich

JOB TITLE: Wills & Probate Paralegal
Location: Norfolk
Salary: Competitive Salary & Career Progression
Ref: CLC1079
Key information

Part-Time role.

This is a varied and interesting role, ideally for someone with experience working within private client law.   Applications are invited from those who are keen to progress within this area of law, as well as those who already hold a Legal Secretarial role, a Legal Assistant role, or a Paralegal who is looking to join a small and friendly firm that offer real work/life balance and flexible part-time hours.

Experience in private client law is highly desirable, but not necessarily essential as training can be given.   Legal knowledge, attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and excellent client care and relationship building is essential for this role.

The firm specialises in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates, as well as the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and general advice for elderly clients.   The successful candidate will work alongside and learn from a highly knowledgeable and approachable fee earner initially supporting them with their busy caseload.  This role is initially offered on a part-time basis; however, this firm and its reputation are growing fast, and more hours could be available in the future for those that require, as well as the chance to run your own files and assistance with professional qualifications.

This role will include some administrative support as well as preparing and drafting legal documents, will drafting, document production, assisting on probate administration, dealing with client enquiries, checking legal documents.

The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with clients and could be suited to someone who is currently a paralegal or someone who has had extensive and hands-on experience as Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant.

Days and hours are flexible, competitive salary and genuine professional and career development comes with this opportunity.
