The firm is currently in search of a forward-thinking and experienced Corporate Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join its expanding corporate team.
This presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to become an Associate within the growing team. In this role, you will have the chance to provide counsel on high-value, strategically significant projects spanning nationwide and international jurisdictions, all within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The role encompasses a diverse and engaging caseload within the field of corporate law. This includes working on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring, and employee incentive schemes. The position will require proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Additionally, the role demands a high level of organization and communication skills, client focus, and commercial awareness.
