This is a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to work alongside an impressive private client and medical negligence team in a leading firm in Cambridgeshire.
This role will see the successful candidate working on a range of matters and continue to develop this comprehensive service managing Court of Protection Deputyships.
Ideal candidates will be mid-level lawyers with previous experience in preparing all types of applications to the Court of Protection and knowledge of best practice and experience in managing Deputyships for medical negligence and personal injury cases as well as personal injury Trusts and Statutory Wills.
This position is also suited to someone who is a natural leader and keen to grow an evolving department and must be confident and comfortable in driving the department forwards and leading a small team.
