Their expanding commercial property team is currently in search of a paralegal or newly-qualified lawyer. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and hardworking team and be dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
The commercial property team has achieved considerable success in property development and is experiencing continuous growth. In this role, you will primarily assist with residential “plot” sales, where we represent property developers in the sale of newly constructed properties. Additionally, you will contribute to the team’s efforts in supporting the setup and acquisition of development properties.
Furthermore, the role will encompass various aspects of general commercial property work, including commercial property leases and the buying and selling of commercial properties.
