The role encompasses all aspects of property-related litigation, catering to both commercial and tailored residential and mixed-use clientele.
Typical tasks involve the management of substantial landlord and tenant portfolios, along with the various issues that may arise in these relationships, including covenant disputes, alienation, forfeiture, dilapidations, and rent reviews. Their practice also includes a robust development component, where they excel in matters related to rights of light, party walls, and general neighbourly disputes. Additionally, they handle disputes involving restrictive covenants and easements.
