This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join a great firm with an impressive team of private client lawyers looking for some extra assistance within their growing department. 

Legal Secretaries with experience within the Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts and Estates environment are highly desirable for this role and daily duties will include: – 

• Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service at all times 

• Opening new files

• Dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence

The successful applicant will: –  

• Have great attention to detail

• Have a natural and polished telephone manner

• Work well with others and enjoy being a team player

• Prioritise and complete digital dictation for designated fee earners 

• Prepare and draft standard documents and forms.
