Their team has a proven track record of selling up to 250 apartments in a single weekend during development launches.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire conveyancing sales process from beginning to end, including compiling and sending out necessary documents with exchange deadlines, and overseeing completions. This can involve handling up to 100 files per day.
- Collaborating with team members to meet completion and exchange deadlines.
- Addressing inquiries from purchasers’ solicitors.
- Receiving and following up on purchaser deposits as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client matter schedules for internal and external use.
- Producing and providing logical, accurate, and properly formatted information/documents/reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the efficiency of team workflow, including attending departmental and relevant briefings to assess current and future requirements.
- Managing filing and file-keeping tasks.
- Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
