This is a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to work alongside an impressive private client and injury/ negligence team in a leading firm in Cambridgeshire looking to further grow this department. This role will see the successful candidate working on a range of matters and client care and excellent service are a very high priority for this firm and they are very proud of their reputation in the region.
Daily duties will include the preparation of applications, deputyship work, assisting in the purchase and adapting of properties, overseeing personal finances, liaising with medical professionals and case managers, and preparing trustee resolutions.
This firm is slowly making their way back to their offices in more of a flexible manner, remote working will likely remain part of this firm’s culture for the future. Full-time office-based work is also available for those that prefer.
