This highly regarding and well-established firm with a huge presence across the region is looking to take on a senior Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their successful Private Client department on a permanent basis.
The successful Solicitor candidate will join a very well-run team at the management level and will take on a varied caseload of matters including some high-value and quite complex cases as well as provide assistance to more junior members of the team.
Duties will include: –
- Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts
- Previous experience or willingness to take on managerial, mentoring and support responsibilities including:
- A drive to grow and develop a department
- Assisting with departmental business planning, marketing, budgeting and forecasting
- Performance reviews, appraisals and file audits
