This firm is looking to add an experienced Corporate and Commercial lawyer to their already impressive and growing team.  Ideal candidates will be Junior level plus and those with more experience can also be considered for this thriving firm who enjoy an exceptional client base and relaxed working environment. 

Applications are welcomed from those with proven experience of assisting and supporting on corporate transactions as well as those who handle their own clients and caseloads.    The role will involve working on corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.   The team act for private equity funds, fund managers and investee companies and their management teams and well as company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and investment agreements.
