This close working and passionate residential property team of three are looking to add a post completion clerk to their highly efficient and organised way of working.
The successful candidate will handle the registration of titles, will ensure that lender’s security is protected, will deal with Land Registry requisitions; keeping lenders and clients updated using lender portals where required and will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the file closure procedure is completed.
