This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and growing business with offices based just outside of Norwich City Centre.  Applications are invited from all those with previous financial assistant and financial administrative support experience and the successful candidate will enjoy working in a real team and energetic environment. 

This firm have made the move back to office life and daily duties will include: – 

  • Primary point of contact for invoicing and payment for new customers. 
  • Raising Pro-forma invoices on daily basis and communicating them to customers efficiently.
  • Contacting local and international customers via telephone and email to follow up on invoices and request payment.
  • Dealing with customer requests for additional information, completed forms, documentation etc.
  • Liaising with customers and providing documentation and links. 
  • Working with the sales team to ensure effective communication.
  • Liaising with the design team for aftersales delivery and providing assistance on problematic bookings.
  • Ensuring that all communication with clients is accurate and timely, in line with company standards.
  • Assisting Finance Director where required. 
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks when required.
