This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join a leading regional law firm looking to add to their highly organised HR Department.   This firm has a number of branch offices and this role will be based regularly at the Head office in Norfolk. 

This firm has made their way back to office working, benefit from spacious and modern offices and are known for looking after their staff and clients alike.  This is an excellent opportunity with a firm that encourages continued personal and professional development for all staff.  

Applications are welcomed from all those within a similar role, ideally within a professional services industry and those with legal experience are highly desirable. 

The day-to-day duties of this role will include administrative support in the following areas: – 

  • Assisting with the firm’s recruitment process at all levels, including writing and posting job advertisements, contacting prospective candidates, arranging interviews and liaising with agencies where applicable. 
  • Assisting with the induction process and coordinating diaries for new starters 
  • Monitoring probationary periods, update files and actioning benefits and entitlements 
  • Recording and monitoring staff holiday requests and leave 
  • Maintaining staff sickness and return to work documents 
  • Maintaining staff personnel files, records and requests 
  • Assisting with the firm’s appraisal and performance monitoring process and maintaining accurate and up to date records 
  • Maintaining staff learning and development records
