A rare opportunity to join this long-standing team of conveyancers who benefit from highly organised administrative and paralegal support. This firm is known for looking after their staff, have great systems and technology in place, and are gradually making their way back to the office.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary and achievable bonus scheme and applications are open from all conveyancers who are able to run their own caseload with little or minimal supervision. Help and advice are always on hand with the trickier transactions and the team is lead and supported well from above.
Duties will include: –
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Dealing with new build matters, second-hand transactions, and unregistered land
- Development of new and maintaining long-standing relationships with referrers/businesses
