A leading law firm is looking to take on a commercial property expert to join their impressive team who are known for looking after their staff, clients, and for their excellent ratings, reviews and feedback.
Client care is a key value in all areas of work that this firm handles and the successful candidate must be confident in maintaining, as well as building new business relationships. Representing the firm at local events and networking opportunities is a regular occurrence for this team and already have an excellent reputation in this region helps with this task.
As this department continues to grow and attract new work the team is looking for an experienced lawyer to join and take on a mixed caseload including license drafting and altering, sales and purchases and leases and tenancies, sales and purchase of land, sales, and purchase of auction properties, acting for lenders and borrowers in refinancing, drafting and negotiating leases, drafting option agreements and handling section 106 agreements.
