This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to a mid-level lawyer with proven experience of running their own Wills and Probate files, and ideally with some experience of working and advising on lifetime trusts, tax, Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and Court of Protection work.
The successful candidate will work with high-net-worth clients/estate and customer service and client care is very high on this firms’ agenda across all departments.
