The successful candidate must possess essential experience and confidence in managing a comprehensive and occasionally complex caseload within Private Client work. As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clients with high-quality legal advice while actively managing client relationships.
- Meeting the firm’s fee targets and supporting the development of junior team members by mentoring and guiding them.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client value and improve profitability by anticipating their needs and understanding their requirements.
- Contributing significantly to the firm’s reputation and standing within the community through an established track record of excellence.
