Solicitor / Legal Executive – STEP Qualified Highly Desirable
This firm has a growing reputation and is looking to add to their already impressive and highly rated Private Client Team with a further specialist at mid/senior level. The successful candidate will ideally be STEP, or interested in the STEP route and will have previous experience of mentoring trainees and more junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of matters including: –
- Wills and Codicils
- Estate Administration
- Elderly Client Affairs
- Inheritance tax
- Planning involving trusts
- Tax and Protection of Assets
- Probate Matters
