Highly regarded North Norfolk law firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their small but well-established civil litigation department. Applications are invited from those who have previous experience of legal secretarial work and the successful candidate will work alongside two approachable and organised lawyers and will assist with their document production and client care.
To apply for this position, you will need previous experience within a litigation legal secretarial role and will need fast and accurate touch typing abilities, be familiar with case management systems, file opening and file closing, digital dictation and be happy and able to take on other ad hoc secretarial duties.
You will be the first point of contact for new queries to the firm and will help and assist clients both face to face (by appointment only at present) and over the telephone.
