This highly regarded firm are looking for a dedicated and passionate Litigation Lawyer, to join their Property Litigation Team and the firm continues their push for further growth.  

Throughout the pandemic, this firm has continued to thrive and has adapted well to a flexible way of working.  Those interested in joining this progressive firm can do so on a mixed basis of working.    The firm has a number of offices across the region and the successful candidate can choose their closet base as well as maintain regular remote working into the future.  

This firm encourages all staff to promote the firm locally and attending networking and business events is a standard part of this role.      The successful candidate must be confident in maintaining long-term and building new business relationships.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of varied matters to include lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge disputes, easements, rights of way, and boundary disputes, rights of light, and party wall issues.   Applications of all levels will be considered for this role as expansion plans continue, although ideal candidates will be junior to mid-level looking to work towards Associate.     More senior applicants will be considered with proven experience of mentoring and managing trainees and those with less experience must be able to manage a full caseload with little/minimal supervision and assistance.
