They are currently seeking a Junior Corporate Associate to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding International Corporate Group in London. Their International Corporate Group specializes in a comprehensive range of corporate legal services, including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital, and joint ventures. They offer a diverse range of corporate expertise to clients ranging from technology-driven startups to established multinational corporations, covering both domestic and international transactions.
