Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver work at a high standard and provide exemplary client service and care.
- Demonstrate competent financial management and commercial awareness, including precise time recording, billing, achievement of firm-delivered targets, and effective management of WIP.
- Actively contribute to business development opportunities to retain existing clients and expand the business.
- Ensure continuous maintenance of up-to-date technical expertise.
- Take accountability for personal development, continuously enhancing interpersonal and soft skills.
- Always demonstrate competence in accordance with the SRA competence standards.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
