This is an extremely varied and interesting role acting for induvial and businesses on all employment law matters. Applications are invited from all those with experience in running their own contentious and non-contentious employment law files.
The successful candidate will work on contracts, settlement agreements, dismissals, breach of contract allegations, restrictive covenants, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructuring, disciplinary and grievance issues and provide Employment Tribunal representation
The firm has an excellent reputation in the region working with some key commercial clients and the successful candidate will provide business advice on contracts, policies, procedures, data protection, restricting, redundancies and disputes.
