This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing contentious probate team at a highly regarded firm known for looking after their staff and their clients. The successful applicant will have proven experience of working on a variety of matters including contesting wills, disputes involving administration of estates, inheritance act claims, trust disputes and professional negligence, challenging lifetime gifts and advising on concerns over financial deputyship and statutory wills.
Applications are invited from those who already specialise in this area of law as well as those with a more general litigation background looking to move into this field.
