This highly regarded practice is looking to add an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to their thriving team at any level.
This role comes with managing your own files and with supporting the partners on larger transactions. Applications are invited from all with previous experience of sales business sales and purchases, mergers and de-mergers, shareholders agreements, restructuring and partnership agreements and on a day to day basis you will give advice on general corporate law to a wide range of clients from professional services industries to agricultural and manufacturing.
