This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous commercial property paralegal experience to join and learn from, a large team of property experts who are looking for assistance with their impressive client portfolio. 

The successful candidate will work alongside two fee earners offering support when required and the opportunity to run some of your commercial property transactions comes with this role.    This team is lead well from the top and all staff is easily accessible and approachable for the times when assistance is required.     

This department is lead by a Partner, and also includes Senior Associates, Associates, Trainees, and Legal Secretarial Support.   Continued development and career progression are on offer with this role for the right candidate. 

If you have experience in: – 

  • Opening/Closing of files and conducting conflict searches
  • Dealing with general correspondence
  • Taking incoming client calls and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
  • Drafting and producing forms/documents
  • Providing and prioritising paralegal and administrative support to a large team
  • Post exchange work for the team (preparing completion statements, drafting replies to requisitions, carrying out registrations and preparing telegraphic transfers
  • Completing SDLT forms
