An opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join this impressive firm and highly rated team. Applications are invited from those with experience of running a mix of commercial property transactions and capable of managing their own work with a little supervision and with experience of mentoring and assisting more junior members of the team.
Hybrid working, works well for this firm and modern tech means this team keeps in touch and remains close working despite their various locations. The success of remote working is also down to an organised and efficient administrative team on site who are always on hand to assist you with correspondence and document production.
The successful candidate will advise on project finance, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, commercial development, and construction and investment.
