Key information:
This impressive firm are looking to add to a Corporate Tax Specialist to their existing Corporate Department. The firm have a number of offices across the UK and this role can be based out of Suffolk offices or further afield. The successful applicant will benefit from an extremely modern working environment, highly efficient IT and tech systems and remote working if required. This busy team benefit from highly efficient and organised administrative support and the role will include working for a variety of national clients including Companies, LLPS, Partnerships, HNW Individuals, Trusts and Charities: –
- Advising, reviewing and negotiating tax deeds
- Advising on tax planning and business restructuring
- Advising owner/managed businesses
- Advising buyers, sellers and land developers on tax issues
- Structuring property transactions
- Advising on tax efficient extraction from companies and partnerships
- Advising on partnership structures
- Advising on tax efficient employee incentives
- Advising on entrepreneurs’ relief
- Advising shareholders on tax
- Experience of VAT and/or SDLT would also be an advantage
