Our client, a well-established firm in Norwich city is looking to add an office manager to their highly regarded team of consultants as they celebrate their 10th year in business.
The firm is growing from strength to strength and needs further assistance with general office management and administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office management experience to take on a new and varied role that they can very much their own, or perhaps a senior and very organised Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge, or maybe an HR assistant looking to make a move into an office management role.
Applications are welcomed from candidates of all backgrounds who are able to demonstrate previous experience of some or all of the following duties: –
- Developing office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Managing office budget and liaising with Management regarding monthly expenses
- Entering new clients, preparing, issuing, and chasing invoices using accounting software (Xero)
- Using software (Dext) to add expenses to the accounting system.
- Managing future recruitment needs of the company with support from Management.
- Managing/updating company social media profile/content and website content
- Managing office stationery supplies
- Managing the maintenance of company IT infrastructure with Computer and Telephone providers
- Administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, creating reports, and marketing the business
- Editing word, PDF, and Excel docs including proofing of work where necessary
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Greeting visitors at the office face to face and answer and direct telephone enquiries
