Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver work at a high standard, ensuring an exemplary level of client service and care.
- Demonstrate competence in financial management and possess commercial awareness, including meticulous time tracking, accurate billing, meeting firm-defined targets, and effectively managing Work in Progress (WIP).
- Actively contribute to business development initiatives, aimed at retaining existing clients and expanding the client base.
- Always keep technical expertise up to date.
- Take responsibility for personal development, focusing on continuous improvement of interpersonal and soft skills.
- Adhere to the SRA competence standards, maintaining competence at all times.
- Be prepared to undertake reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
