Previous experience working in a Law Firm essential for this role
Applications are welcomed from all of those with experience of an HR role, gained from working in the legal profession, who enjoys being the first point of contact for employees on all HR matters and being a point of contact for all new applications to the firm.
Daily duties will include: –
- Providing general HR support
- Preparing and amending HR documentation where necessary
- Reviewing, updating and renewing company policies and legal compliance documentation
- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Assisting with payroll changes, holiday entitlement and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with the recruitment process including drafting job descriptions for review, publishing and managing candidate pipelines.
- Supporting the HR Team and the Learning & Development officer
- Involvement in projects across the HR team
This firm has a number of offices in the region and staff are making their way back to full-time office working and this role can be considered on a full or part-time basis.
