This highly regarded law firm with offices across the Essex area is looking to take on an experienced, creative, and talented Marketing Manager to continue to raise the firm’s excellent brand, profile, and reputation even further.    Applicants should ideally have experience working in and knowledge of the legal arena.  

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and will benefit from the assistance of a Marketing Officer.  As a management role, you will be responsible for developing the firm’s marketing strategy and overseas the creation and delivery of all campaigns and projects.  Arranging and attending face-to-face events and live virtual sessions will form a regular part of this role as well as overseeing all digital marketing for the firm. 

  • Planning/managing the marketing budget
  • Strategic marketing and planning 
  • Overseeing and executing the marketing plan for all teams within the firm
  • Ensuring brand consistency
  • Identifying audiences and developing content
  • Lead generation, monitoring and analysing website traffic, clicks and conversions, and optimising for conversion.
  • Creating content including copywriting and editing of client newsletters, blog posts, brochures, flyers and press releases, and managing client and prospect data lists in a new CRM.
  • Building on an existing social media presence and brand on Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with key local and industry partners
  • Tracking campaign performances and reporting to the Partners
