A leading regional practice is looking to add to their commercial property team that has continued to grow throughout the pandemic. This firm continues to press forward with a new flexible way of working and applications are welcomed from Commercial Property lawyers, ideally around mid-level, although due to the expansion of this department applications can also be considered from those with more, or less, experience.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of handling a broad range of commercial property matters including property development and option and promotion agreements and having acted for a variety of clients including property investors, landowners, and banks.
The property department is supported by an excellent team of administrative staff and paralegal staff and with career progression high on the agenda for this firm, some mentoring and supervision of more junior team members will be form part of this role.
