Leading regional practice with a number of offices is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to handle a contentious probate and trust caseload. Ideally the successful candidate will already be a contentious probate expert looking to make a career move, however applications are welcomed from those with a strong litigation background with exposure to this kind of work looking to move fully into this area.
Ideally this role would suit a mid-level lawyer, confident in leading a small team and mentoring more junior members of staff although applications are invited from those with more or less experience.
